Controls
Test
The controller processes the received input to a selected output : PROPORTIONAL, INTEGRAL, DIFFERENTIAL
Setup
3 controllers with different types
3 different input possibilities: keyboard, input field absolute and relative
Number input fields for different settings: Factor, Delay
Act
Change between polling and events mode
Control one input with A / D or by moving the respective slider
Observe
see the incoming input signals
look at the outputs to see how the controller processes the inputs
Control
Keys:
A: gives a negative input value equal to the factor | D: gives a positive input value equal to the factor
Slider:
increase and decrease the input
Checkboxes:
choose polling or events mode
Number-Stepper:
Enter a delay for the outputs and the scaling factor
Expect
The proportional controller outputs the amount of input received multiplied by its factor
The integral controller adds the received input multiplied by a factor to the current value
The differential controller gives an impulse in the amount of the received input multiplied by its factor
